HAMRO RUN CLUB RULES AND ETIQUETTE
To ensure a safe, enjoyable, ano welcoming experience for all members, we kindly ask that everyone follows our club etiquette.
1. Inclusive Atmosphere
We pride ourselves on being a welcoming and inclusive community. Whether it's your first run or your hundredth, everyone is valued. Please make an effort to connect with newcomers and help create a friendly environment.

2. Respectful Interaction
All paces and running styles are respected. Avoid judgment or negative comments about others, our runs are about support, not competition

3. Pace & Distance Awareness
Our group runs are easygoing and social.
Know your pace, and if you need to slow down or take a break, that's absolutely fine-just be mindful of those around you.

4. Safety First
Stay alert to your surroundings at all times. Be cautious on roads, watch for cyclists and vehicles, and follow marshals or group leaders when present.
5. Leave No Trace
Respect our environment. Dispose of all trash properly, keep our running routes clean and enjoyable for everyone.

6. Run Against Traffic
For road runs, always run against the flow of traffic to stay visible and safe.

7. No Headphones
To ensure safety and awareness, we ask that runners avoid using headphones during group runs-this helps with communication and group cohesion.

8. Speak To Captains
If you have any issues or concerns, feel free to reach out to the run captain anytime.
By following these guidelines, we can all contribute to a safer, more respectful, and more enjoyable run club experience.
