Founder of Kinetic Steps is a Personal Trainer & Nutritionist of seven years who specialises in helping people lose fat, improve athletic-functional performance, and build long-term healthy habits. Known for his relatable style, cultural awareness mixed with holistic and evidence-backed methods, Anmol now aims to help the Nepali community around the world take control of their health. His philosophy goes beyond just fitness. It’s about resilience, education, and empowerment through movement.

Mental Health Service
Yatra; | Founded by Awisha Magar & Srijan Gurung
Yatra is a mental health service supporting the Nepalese community with affordable and accessible care. Their mission is to reconstruct perceptions around mental health and offer support to individuals experiencing mental health difficulties within the Nepalese community.
Both founders are qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners (PWPs), trained within the NHS IAPT model and holding BSc degrees in Psychology.
Srijan works as a Clinical Supervisor at Vita Health Group, guiding practitioners in safe, effective, and person-centred decision-making.
Awisha is a Lecturer at Birmingham Newman University, training future PWPs to meet high clinical standards.
Together, they combine clinical, supervisory, and academic expertise to deliver culturally sensitive mental health support for the Nepalese community.
