Club Waiver

Hamro Run Club (HRC) Waiver and Release of Liability

I understand and agree that I am voluntarily participating in activities organized by Hamro Run Club (HRC). I acknowledge that running, social events, and other HRC activities are potentially hazardous and could result in injury or death. I willingly assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

• Falls or collisions with other participants, spectators, vehicles, or obstacles

• Adverse weather conditions (e.g., heat, humidity, wind, cold, rain, or slippery surfaces)

• Environmental hazards such as falling branches or uneven terrain

• Risks arising from crowded courses or other unforeseen conditions

I confirm that I will not take part in any HRC event unless I am medically and physically fit to do so. By signing this agreement, I certify that I am in good health and capable of participating safely. I understand that HRC does not provide insurance coverage or protection against injuries sustained during participation, and I accept full responsibility for any injury or loss that may occur.

Waiver and Release:
Having read and understood this waiver, and in consideration of being permitted to participate in HRC events, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, hereby waive, release, and discharge Hamro Run Club, its directors, officers, subcontractors, volunteers, employees, agents, members, marketers, sponsors, representatives, and successors from any and all claims, actions, damages, costs, expenses, or liabilities of any kind arising from my participation in HRC activities, even if caused by negligence or carelessness on the part of HRC or the individuals and entities named above.
