Social run
When: Every Sunday at 9 AM

Distance
: Roughly 5km-8km (depending on the level of runners)

Our runs are suitable for all levels. We run at a slow pace as our main goal is to make the session fun and sociable.

Every week we take on different routes and terrain; sometimes by the beach, through the woods, or up
 to the top of the hill.

You can turn up to our session any week you are available and it's completely free. Make sure to sign the waiver form, wear the correct sportswear, and bring fluids to hydrate.

Interval Run
When: Every Tuesday at 6 PM

Meet-up point: Leas Cliff Hall

Duration
: 30-40 minute.

We also have interval sessions on weekdays where we challenge ourselves a little further and work on speed and anaerobic fitness (Zone 4/5 training).

Usually, the session consists of a 2km easy warm-up followed by sets of interval runs and rest in between and cooldowns.

 

The interval session will be tailored on the day for each individual so it is suitable for all levels.
